Rise Initiative

The Rise Initiative is a free mentorship program dedicated to empowering young black and brown men in the inner city of the Chicagoland area. Our mission is clear and impactful, to help black and brown male youth navigate the obstacles of gang involvement, violence, and lack of guidance, allowing them to grow into purposeful, disciplined, and dignified adults. We aim to be the essential support system that many of these young men have yet to experience, offering mentors who are present, attentive, knowledgeable, and exemplary in their leadership.
